How I work
Deep discovery & framing – I start by clarifying the problem: who needs to understand this (regulators, execs, customers, engineers), what decisions they’re making, and what’s at stake.
Research & synthesis – I digest internal docs, policy decks, product specs, and external research, then build a clean spine: key arguments, evidence, risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations.
Translation from technical to human – I preserve technical accuracy while stripping out unnecessary jargon, using concrete examples, visuals (where helpful), and tight structure so readers never get lost.
Iterative refinement with stakeholders – I collaborate with SMEs, legal, policy, comms, and leadership to stress-test the logic, align on language, and make sure the final product is both precise and politically/organizationally safe.
